These services will be performed as needed. These Services will commence with a 60 Minute Initial Consultation and Introductory Session. The cost for this session is $275 for the first dog and $75 for each additional dog. You will be charged a rate for each additional session based on the Trainer’s Assessment of the Dog(s) behavioral needs. Package rates are available and must be arranged prior to the completion of the first session. Payment for these services is due upon receipt of your invoice. So as to not be charged, all cancellation must be made seventy-two (72) hours in advance and must be acknowledged by the Company. Services will be performed in accordance with the instructions contained herein. The client acknowledges that Dog Training is a process and that results cannot be guaranteed. There are many factors that contribute to a particular dog’s success including Client Participation and Client Compliance. The client waives any claims against It’s A Dog’s Life, LLC unless the Company is negligent and does not perform as agreed herein. *By law, all prices are subject to NY sales tax.
